Depression is a mental disorder which can range from mild to severe. It can be a temporary condition or chronic. Some forms of depression should only be treated by a doctor. This is found to be common in fast foods, fried foods and processed foods. Diet plays a major role in depression so be sure to examine your diet very carefully and make changes accordingly. Take a whole food multivitamin and mineral supplement daily to be sure that you’re not lacking any essential nutrients. Depression has been linked to a B vitamin deficiency.
