Take digestive enzymes before every meal. These enzymes work wonders why helping you to digest your food and prevent indigestion. This is especially important for people without gallbladders or who suffer from other digestive disorders.

Drink lemon juice mixed with warm water three times each day to stimulate and improve digestion.
