Home Remedies For Parasites

Intestinal worms also known as parasites can go un detected for years or in so causing many health problems from mal nourishment, digestive issues, and acne. The first line of defense against these creatures is diet. By creating a balance of good bacteria in the digestive tract this makes it more difficult for the parasites to thrive. Diet plays a role in how many worms you have but there are some which are very resistant and survive regardless. In this case more aggressive treatments are needed to clear the body of intestinal worms.

Home Remedies for Parasites

A colon/parasite cleanse should be completed each year to kill off existing worms and continually keep the body clean in case of re infestation. This is especially important for people who consume large amounts of meat in their diets. You can purchase a colon/parasite cleanse on line or at most health food stores. You can also purchase the individual herbs needed to kill the parasites and their eggs. The three herbs which can do this are Cloves, Wormwood and Black Walnut. This is the most effective when all three herbs are taken together.
