Sweets are okay twice a week but they need to be healthy treats such as desserts that don't contain saturated fat or high fructose corn syrup. There are other great combinations at your local health food store. If you must have a sweet dark chocolate almonds are great. Dark chocolate is actually good for you.
Juicing a fresh glass of vegetable juice a coupe of times per week can give you extra energy and it will make your skin look great. A great juice is carrot, apple, and cucumber. It’s so simple and it really makes a difference.
How your skin hair and nails look in particular is a good indication to how healthy you are.
Keeping yourself regular also helps to improve your health and keep your body from accumulating excess toxins. 3 bowl movements per day is ideal and if you drink enough water and implement these changes you should have no problem with this.
