Warts are not only ugly they can be painful in some cases such as when they show up on the soles of the feet. Warts are basically flesh colored un even lumps on the skin that tend to show up more on the hands and feet. Warts are very contagious and should be treated right away to prevent them from spreading. People can also get warts by using towels of the an infected person. If you have a weak immune system your more likely to get warts. Anything you do such as taking whole food vitamins and eating a well balanced diet can all help to keep your immune system strong. Home remedies can help to remove warts on the hands and feet, however warts on the genitals should only be removed by a doctor because that area is very delicate and injury is likely to happen if you try to remove them yourself.

Home Remedies for Warts

Vinegar

Use a cotton ball to fit the size of your wart. Soak the cotton ball with the vinegar and squeeze off excess then put a Band-Aid over the cotton to hold it in place. Continue to do this daily until the wart goes away. Results vary depending on the wart. Can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks on average for the wart to fall off.

Dandelion

Start out by breaking open the stem or leaf of a dandelion. Touch the milk of the dandelion to the wart. Cover the wart with a bandage, as the milk darkens it will become more sticky. Reapply the mixture twice daily. Wart should be gone within a few weeks at the most.

Garlic juice

Apply garlic juice to the wart daily and it should be gone within 2 weeks. If your sensitive to garlic then try another remedy.

Nail Polish

Putting clear nail polish on the wart daily has also been known to kill the wart and work rather fast.
